The Primary bedroom has a King bed, leather recliner and its own en-suite Primary Bathroom. The Primary Bathroom consists of a granite double vanity and large walk-in tiled shower. On the other side of the condo is the Guest Bedroom with its two, yes two, King-size beds along with yet another en-suite Guest Bathroom. The Guest Bathroom has a granite vanity and a tiled tub and shower combination. Villamare has completed a multi-million-dollar pool renovation, creating a luxury beachfront experience with upgraded amenities. Highlights include a saltwater main pool and spa for families, a tranquil adults-only pool for guests 21+, and a year-round heated indoor pool and spa. Additional features include a modern fitness center, sauna, renovated restrooms, oceanview sun decks, gas grilling stations, and a cozy fire pit. Guests also enjoy private beach access, covered and uncovered parking, and elevator access to all floors.
