This second floor Villamare unit has been beautifully updated to match your expectations! The Kitchen contains custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops while being fully equipped with the necessities of home. The Kitchen opens up to the Dining and Living areas of the condo. The Dining Area comfortably seats six. The Living Room has been tastefully decorated with a contemporary yet comfortable theme, while sharing beautiful wood floors with the entire condo.
The Primary bedroom has a King bed, leather recliner and its own en-suite Primary Bathroom. The Primary Bathroom consists of a granite double vanity and large walk-in tiled shower. On the other side of the condo is the Guest Bedroom with its two, yes two, King-size beds along with yet another en-suite Guest Bathroom. The Guest Bathroom has a granite vanity and a tiled tub and shower combination.
Villamare has completed a multi-million-dollar pool renovation, creating a luxury beachfront experience with upgraded amenities. Highlights include a saltwater main pool and spa for families, a tranquil adults-only pool for guests 21+, and a year-round heated indoor pool and spa. Additional features include a modern fitness center, sauna, renovated restrooms, oceanview sun decks, gas grilling stations, and a cozy fire pit. Guests also enjoy private beach access, covered and uncovered parking, and elevator access to all floors. Outdoor pools are heated from March 15–May 1 and October 15–December 1, while the indoor pool and hot tub are heated year-round.

What to expect during your stay:
Work Zones: The project will begin at Building Three and move to Building Two and then Building One. It will take place in sections or “stacks.” They are aiming for three stacks each week. Stucco repair, balcony and ceiling enhancements, roof repairs, and painting. Expect to see scaffolding in front of living room windows and balconies
Noise: Some noise from construction equipment/materials may be experienced during the day; however, the project team is working to minimize any inconvenience.
Parking: Certain areas throughout the neighborhood and parking spaces may be limited.

For shopping and dining experiences though, Harbour Town in Sea Pines Resort or Shelter Cove Towne Centre are recommended spots featuring an array of shops, restaurants and entertainment options.
