Colorful three-bedroom home reflecting the funkiness of Austin but with one of the most satisfying views you’ll find in the Hill Country of Central Texas. Built in 2021, Vista Azul (Blue View) sits on 20 very private acres just outside of Dripping Springs. Inside, there’s a well-stocked kitchen with top-of-the line appliances, including a wine fridge, and a 50" TV with sound bar. Outside, mix your drinks poolside, and settle into the shaded conversation pit.
*** Please be aware that due to a lightning strike, the built-in spa and pool lights is temporarily out of service. We are actively working to repair it but in the meantime, a brand NEW above ground HOT TUB was recently installed for your enjoyment! You will also have full access to the pool as well! ***
Please note, we have routine pool and spa maintenance scheduled on Wednesday’s.
