Colorful three-bedroom home reflecting the funkiness of Austin but with one of the most satisfying views you’ll find in the Hill Country of Central Texas. Built in 2021, Vista Azul (Blue View) sits on 20 very private acres just outside of Dripping Springs. Inside, there’s a well-stocked kitchen with top-of-the line appliances, including a wine fridge, and a 50" TV with sound bar. Outside, mix your drinks poolside with the automatic ice maker, and settle into the shaded conversation pit.
*** Please be aware that due to a lightning strike, the built-in spa is temporarily out of service. We are actively working to repair it but in the meantime, a brand NEW above ground HOT TUB was recently installed for your enjoyment! You will also have full access to the pool as well! ***
Please note, we have routine pool and spa maintenance scheduled on Wednesday’s.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

(the owners are allergic, so we ask guests to refrain from bringing pets who shed). - Quiet hours are between 10pm-7am - Please do not stick any tape or adhesives to the ceilings or the walls
