The Emerald on Acorn is a newly renovated, 4 bedroom 3 bathroom home conveniently located just 1 block from Main Street.
Each bedroom is thoughtfully set up to accommodate guests with extra seating, mirrors and bathrobes to prepare for a fun day or night in Fredericksburg together!
The open concept kitchen and living area serves as a perfect gathering place for the group to catch up while enjoying coffee or preparing a meal in the fully stocked kitchen. The living room is equipped with a cozy couch and additional seating to come together and watch a show on the smart TV or play some games together.
The oversized egg chair located in the screened-in porch is a perfect place to perch up with your morning coffee, pastry, and a good book to start the day off right.
At the end of each day, head out to the backyard where you and your guests can enjoy a dip in the Cowboy Pool or the hot tub, covered by a pergola whimsically lit with string lights. Store your beverages, wine, and towels on the custom bar attached to the hot tub or take a seat at it while you chat with friends. No need to make the trek back inside for another drink or snacks - you can use the retro mini fridge located in the cute little shed next to the hot tub.
Grill up some of your favorites on the propane grill, then enjoy it with guests in the screened in porch or side porch and, for dessert, gather around the clean and convenient smokeless fire pit to roast up some marshmallows.
