Our home comfortably sleeps 10, with plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. The spacious living area is perfect for movie nights or game nights, and the kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary amenities for cooking up delicious meals.
Each bedroom is cozy and comfortable, with plush bedding and plenty of natural light. The first bedroom has one queen bed, the second bedroom has two queen-size beds, while the third has a bunk bed and a king bed.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

You understand there are potential dangers that swimming, hiking and the use of property may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person swimming, hiking or using the property if a person has health risks, or if a person swims, hikes while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against the owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming, hiking or using the property. All guests in your party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this liability waiver and they acknowledge that by confirming this reservation constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between the guests and the host, property manager and property owner.
