Located in the heart of the Texas Wine Trail, and only 15 min to Fredericksburg / Johnson City and minutes away from signature wineries & vineyards. The house consists 1 large bedroom (king-size bed) and a bathroom. Fully functional kitchen, lovely dining area, and living room with a brand new large sectional with a queen memory foam pull out comfortable for 2. Enjoy the sweet indoor / outdoor space to rejuvenate after long adventurous days in the area. Each room has been thoughtfully and carefully renovated with every detail to help you feel swept into a whole new world. Pour a glass of wine, eat some snacks, cook a meal, watch a movie or just enjoy the quiet with no disturbance. The front driveway will be able to have two (2) vehicles parked. Guests will need a car to get around the surrounding attractions, such as trails, wineries, historical landmarks and Fredericksburg. Parking is free and available. If you’re considering bringing a furry friend along, kindly be aware we do have a $50 pet fee per pet. Please remember to inform us in advance if you plan to bring a pet.
