Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

Quiet Hours: All guest must observe the City's "Quiet Hours" from 10pm-7am. 2. Exterior Lighting: The City of Fredericksburg is a Dark Sky Community with outdoor lighting restrictions. All outdoor lighting is encouraged to be turned OFF when not in use. 3. Parking: Please park under the carport, in the driveway, and directly in front of the house. 4. Trash: Please place all trash in designated bins located behind the shed. *Guest of MidCentury House are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations pertaining to use and occupancy of the property and may be fined by City for violations of Section 5.401 of the STR Ordinance of Fredericksburg. The minimum age limit for this unit is 25.
