Come enjoy this beach contemporary home with all that it has to offer. Guests will love the open concept layout of the large living and dining room with plenty of comfortable seating and dining space for eight. The fully stocked kitchen filled with natural light, all stainless steel appliances and a large quartz top island, has additional seating for three. The primary bedroom boasts a king sized bed, flat screen TV and a private en-suite, newly renovated bathroom. This bathroom has a custom tiled walk-in shower and a quartz countertop vanity. Down the hall you’ll find the remaining two guest rooms. The first bedroom has two Double beds and a flat screen TV. The remaining bedroom has a queen sized bed, flat screen TV and direct access to the private deck of the home. The two guest bedrooms share a newly renovated full bath with custom tiled walk-in shower and another vanity with quartz countertop. The home has an expansive deck where you can enjoy a lovely view of the 11 mile lagoon system along with a private pool, grill, dining set and lounge chairs. The beach is a short walk from this home on St. George or an even shorter bike ride. Nestled within the heart of Palmetto Dunes, the George Fazio golf course is also just a short jaunt away. Palmetto Dunes offers three championship golf courses, a large pickleball and tennis facility as well as multiple restaurants and an oceanfront bar and grill. Upon check-in, guests will receive a discount card for all of these facilities! The pool can be heated (June 1st - October 1st) for an additional fee. **BEACH RENOURISHMENT PROJECT*** Mid-November 2025 to Mid-March 2026 (Dates are subject to change) This project, undertaken by Hilton Head Island/Beaufort County, is vital for protecting the shoreline, maintaining a wide and beautiful beach for everyone to enjoy, and ensuring the long-term health of the coastal ecosystem.
