The flat is located in Ustron Morski, in a new housing estate on Górna Street. The building attracts with its modern design and proximity to the sea only 700 m away. Just a 10-minute walk and guests can enjoy the beautiful, wide beach and the sea. It is known for its cliff and 2 walking piers. The surrounding area is well-developed - there are numerous retail and service outlets and restaurants close to the flat. Fans of active leisure are also encouraged to visit the Helios Sports and Recreation Centre, which is located 400 m from the flat. There is also a car park on the estate where you can leave your car. The parking space is assigned to the flat. In the area you can go, for example, to Kołobrzeg, Gąski, Chłopów or Koszalin where there is no shortage of attractions for both younger and older holidaymakers.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
