This beautiful Aparthotel is located at Nowy Świat 29 Street, in the very center of Warsaw. The building itself is a historic building surrounded by many architectural riches, running along the Royal Route. The neighborhood is well connected and has an extensive infrastructure. In the immediate vicinity there are many bus and streetcar stops and subway stations, providing convenient access to all districts. The nearest subway station ''Nowy Świat - University'' is only 500 meters from the apartment! Nowy Świat is an excellent location with the most important attractions available at your fingertips. The street is surrounded by iconic landmarks of Warsaw, such as the famous Palace of Culture and Science (1 km from the apartment) or the Zlote Tarasy shopping center (1.3 km from the apartment). The Old Town is less than 2 km from the apartment. There are many atmospheric establishments, elegant restaurants and cafes in the area. Warsaw Central Station is a short distance from the Aparthotel - it takes less than 20 minutes to walk to this point. Chopin Airport is about 25 minutes away by road.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
