Property Manager is pleased to present Ocean Cottage, a beautifully renovated cottage with many character features and an enclosed garden which offers beautiful countryside and village views. Ocean Cottage offers quality holiday accommodation that is just a 10 minute walk from Saundersfoot's thriving village, award-winning beach and picturesque harbour. It is also a great location to check out the vast array of Pembrokeshire attractions in the area! The Cottage enters onto the ground floor with stairs up to the bedrooms and family bathroom. Lounge/Dining Room: Comfortable sofa seating with wall mounted Smart TV. Dining table and seating. Kitchen: Well-equipped with everything you will need for your self-catering holiday including electric oven and hob, fridge, freezer, microwave and washing machine. The kitchen windows capture the lovely countryside and village views. Door opens out on to the enclosed patio. Bedroom 1: Double bed. Bedroom 2: Double bed. Bedroom 3: Bunk beds (suitable for children under the age of 16 only.) Family Bathroom: Bath with shower over, toilet and wash hand basin. Heated towel rail. Outside to the front of the property there is driveway and roadside parking for up to 2 cars. The enclosed patio to the rear of the cottage offers outside dining and sofa seating which creates an ideal space to relax and enjoy an al fresco meal or glass of wine whilst watching the sunset against the scenic backdrop of village and countryside fields.
