Golfing can be enjoyed at the nearby golf course (300m) and a visit to the Veluwemeer (2km) or the Flevostrand ( 3.8 km) is particularly useful in summer.You can also practice water sports in the region (4 km from the accommodation).
The villa has a beautiful terrace where you can start the day relaxed with a hearty breakfast. The open-plan kitchen offers all the necessary equipment and the living room is tastefully furnished, with a decorative fireplace and a dining table. A washing machine is available for guest use and this unique villa even has a dock!

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
