The living room features plush seating, a Smart TV, making it the perfect space to relax after a day of adventure. A washer and dryer are available for added convenience, and high-speed WiFi ensures you stay connected throughout your stay. 🍳 Fully Equipped Kitchen The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, complimentary coffee, a coffee machine, and a variety of spices to enhance your home-cooked meals. With plenty of counter space, cooking is easy and enjoyable. Gather around the fire pit, fire up the BBQ grill, and relax in comfortable patio seating under the stars. 🚗 Parking There are two designated parking spaces available in the driveway or the cul-de-sac, as well as access to the garage. Please park only in these areas and avoid parking anywhere else, including across the street by the light pole/greenhouse.. 🔑 You’ll have full access to the entire home, including all bedrooms, living areas, the kitchen, and outdoor spaces. Feel free to make yourself at home and enjoy everything the space has to offer. If you have any questions or need anything during your stay, just let us know—we’re happy to help! 🚗 By Car – The home offers two designated parking spaces, and major roads provide easy access to top attractions, restaurants, and outdoor destinations. 🚶 On Foot – The neighborhood is quiet and walkable, making it perfect for an evening stroll or a quick trip to nearby parks. 🚴 By Bike – Bike-friendly routes connect you to Bear Creek Park, Garden of the Gods, and other scenic trails. 🚌 Public Transit – Nearby bus stops provide access to downtown, shopping centers, and key attractions in Colorado Springs. 🚖 Ridesharing – Uber and Lyft are readily available, making it easy to explore the city without worrying about parking. 📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement. 🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry. ☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay. ⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late 💵 Additional Fees: To ensure that we have enough time to prepare for future guests, we ask that you please message us ahead of time for pricing regarding guaranteed early check-ins or late check-outs. These additional fees are necessary to cover the expenses of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner to the schedule to accommodate your request.
