The wonderful location by the water is one of the highlights of this house. In Harderwijk and Ermelo you will find cosy restaurants, nice shops and several supermarkets.
All rooms are on the ground floor. One of the bathrooms has a sun shower and you have a well-equipped kitchen with a Senseo coffee machine, an extra-large fridge and a separate freezer. You can also prepare your favourite meals using the pizzarette, BBQ and airfryer. From its modern look to the enclosed garden and the floating waterside terrace with a comfortable lounge set; this holiday home has all the ingredients for a dream holiday! For recreation, there is a table football table and a shuffleboard.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
