Primary Bedroom: Located upstairs on the 1st floor, this room boasts a super king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with both a bathtub and a shower.
2nd Bedroom: Located on the 1st floor, furnished with Queens sized bed and ensuite bathroom with shower
3rd Bedroom: Located on the 2nd floor, features double bed with lots of storage adjacent to the 2nd floor bathroom.
4th Bedroom: Located on the 2nd floor, the office space upstairs can be converted into the 4th bedroom with futon that can be laid on the floor.
Bathrooms:
The house offers 3.5 bathrooms. All of them are well-stocked and beautifully styled.
Two en suite bathrooms, providing private facilities for specific bedrooms.
A WC is also located on the 1sr floor with the 3rd full bathroom being located upstairs on the 2nd floor.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an array of appliances and cooking tools, inlcuding state of the art coffee machine and air fryer. Ensuring that every necessity for preparing a complete meal is at your fingertips.
The dining area comfortably seats six and accommodates up to 7 people with extra chairs, offering a delightful setting to enjoy your meals.
Whether you’re enjoying the latest entertainment on the movie projector or sharing a meal with loved ones, this space is designed to enhance your overall experience.

For your convenience, we have a washer and dryer located in the house.

The house boasts a spectacular private roof on the second floor that is decorated with fair lights, featuring a spacious seating area and a heated hot tub that promises relaxing dips and leisurely lounging, having sun from 6am until evening.
