Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- This Vacation Rental Agreement ("Agreement") outlines the terms and conditions for the rental of the property ("Property").
- 2. Rental Terms
- - The Property is rented for vacation purposes only.
- - The duration of the stay is as agreed upon at the time of booking.
- - Check-in and check-out times are as specified in the booking confirmation.
- 3. Payment
- - The total rental amount, including any applicable fees, is as agreed upon at the time of booking.
- - A security deposit may be required and will be specified in the booking confirmation.
- - Payment terms and conditions are as specified in the booking confirmation.
- 4. Cancellation Policy
- - The cancellation policy is as specified in the booking confirmation.
- 5. Occupancy
- - The Property is to be occupied by the number of guests as agreed upon at the time of booking.
- - Additional guests are not permitted without prior approval.
- 6. House Rules
- - No smoking inside the Property.
- - No pets allowed unless agreed upon in advance.
- - Quiet hours are to be observed as specified in the house rules provided upon arrival.
- - Guests are expected to use the Property in a respectful manner.
- 7. Maintenance and Repairs
- - The Owner will ensure the Property is in good condition prior to the Guest’s arrival.
- - The Guest agrees to notify the Owner of any issues immediately.
- 8. Liability
- - The Owner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occurs while on the Property.
- - The Owner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest.
- 9. Governing Law
- - This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the location of the Property.
- 10. Acceptance of Terms
- - By booking the Property, the Guest agrees to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
