Welcome to your one-acre vacation home located in the highly desirable Cactus Corridor, making it minutes to the many hikes, activities, and attractions of Scottsdale including Kierland Commons, Scottsdale Fashion Square, Old Town, and multiple area golf courses such as Troon North, Grayhawk, and TPC of Scottsdale—just to name a few!
This private resort-style, one-acre oasis offers a nine-hole golf course with tee boxes located around the yard to test your short-game skills as you hit into a 30’x40’ putting green protected by 3 large sand traps. You can also play pickleball on your own private court. How fun is that! Take a dip in the heated pool (see note below) surrounded by lush landscaping. And there’s more - two separate covered seating/dining areas, pool table, bocce ball on the grass, and ping pong in the barn. Play a game of basketball on the side yard. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
