Arrive at the front porch, greeted by a unique Desert Willow tree, and step through the covered entryway into a living space that blends comfort, thoughtful design, and tranquility.
Living Room: The open layout creates a warm and inviting atmosphere, filled with natural light. With plush furnishings, a cozy gas fireplace, and a 65” Smart TV, the living room is perfect for relaxation. Expansive windows with reflective glass provide panoramic views of Sedona’s red rocks, making every seat ideal for sunsets and stargazing. The living room flows seamlessly into the kitchen and breakfast nook.
Kitchen: The bright, modern kitchen features stainless steel appliances, including a built-in electric oven, gas cooktop, microwave, and refrigerator. The spacious layout encourages socializing, with bar seating for five (5) at the counter and an adjacent dining area. A charming kitchen nook with seating for four (4) is perfect for enjoying coffee or meals with a view.

Bedroom 3 (Lower Level): Features a queen bed, two nightstands, closet space, and shared access to a full bathroom with a glass shower/tub combo, dual sinks, and granite countertops.
Bedroom 4 (Lower Level): Includes two twin beds, two nightstands, shared access to a full bathroom with a glass shower/tub combo, dual sinks, and granite countertops, plus direct access to the deck. Twin beds may be converted to a king for a fee.
