A hidden gem where you can enjoy in the utmost tranquility and comfort the company of your loved ones.
It is in the charming Dorsoduro district, along Fondamenta Soranzo, an area renowned for its elegance and relaxed atmosphere.
Recently renovated using local craftsmanship and furnished with Italian designer furniture, it is located on the second floor of a 17th-century building and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people.
Upon entering, you are greeted by a large living room in soft pink tones, featuring a stunning 1950s Venini chandelier. Furnished with a spacious sofa, period-style furniture, a large 85-inch TV, and a soft rug, it provides the perfect space for relaxing with family or friends.
Two large windows overlooking the courtyard and an antique pink marble fireplace complete the room.
A hallway leads to the expansive dining room, where three early 20th-century frescoes adorn the walls, framing a beautiful, handcrafted kitchen island that is fully equipped to meet all needs and ideal for cooking classes.
The large dining space, with a glass table and designer chairs, comfortably accommodates all the apartment’s guests. Three large windows allow natural light to fill the room throughout the day.
The apartment also features three spacious, perfectly soundproofed bedrooms, decorated with Italian-style furniture, designer objects, and prints or paintings by local artists on the walls. Each room has its own en-suite, windowed bathroom with generous-sized showers and delightful Venetian terrazzo flooring.
Located just steps from the Peggy Guggenheim Collection, the Basilica of Santa Maria della Salute, the Punta della Dogana Museum and next to the ancient “Magazzini del Sale”, this second-floor apartment overlooks a large private courtyard, shared only with guests of the connecting Soranzo “A” unit, located door-to-door, which rented together can accommodate up to 14 people.
The typical Venetian courtyard on the ground floor features an authentic "vera da pozzo" in the center, is furnished with wrought iron chairs and tables, is scented by Mediterranean plants and herbs, and is perfect for sipping a glass of cold prosecco on warm, sunny days, to relax after a walk in this splendid city.

About the area
Venice, Italy, is a city that enchants its visitors with its distinctive blend of history, artistry, and romance. The city is uniquely constructed on over 100 small islands in a lagoon in the Adriatic Sea. Instead of roads and cars, Venice is characterized by its waterways and gondolas, offering a truly unique urban experience.
St. Mark's Square stands as one of the city's most iconic landmarks. It is home to St. Mark's Basilica and Doge's Palace. The basilica boasts stunning Byzantine mosaics while the palace showcases Gothic architecture and grand rooms adorned with art - both are symbols of Venice's rich historical heritage.
The Grand Canal is another must-visit attraction in Venice. A gondola ride along this major waterway provides breathtaking views of beautiful palaces and historic buildings lining its banks. For those passionate about art, the Peggy Guggenheim Collection offers an impressive collection of modern art from renowned artists like Picasso and Pollock.
Venice takes pride in its glassmaking industry located on the island of Murano where visitors can witness artisans crafting intricate glass pieces using age-old techniques.
The city also hosts several globally recognized events such as the Venice Biennale art exhibition and the Venice Film Festival which draw artists and celebrities worldwide.
For gastronomes, Venetian cuisine offers fresh seafood from the lagoon and traditional dishes like risotto nero (black risotto) made with cuttlefish ink.
In summary, Venice presents an irresistible mix of history, culture, artistic talent, gastronomy, and romance that makes it an ideal destination for any traveler.
