Air Conditioning: Our cabin does not have AC but has various windows and doors that can be opened and fans. It is uncommon for mountain homes to have AC, as the outdoor temperatures are very comfortable.

Our condo is located right off of Rendezvous Road among a row of modern townhomes. The Rendezvous trail system runs all through the neighborhood. There are countless miles of trails to explore through Arapahoe National Forest and Idlewild (a former ski resort). Within a 1 mile walk you can enjoy: two Lift stations (red line), Fireside Market, The Perk Coffee, Wake N’ Bacon, Hernando’s Pizza, a playground, and Winter Park’s Main Street!
Nearby Fraser Recreation Center has an indoor pool, large workout room, gym, indoor basketball courts, sauna, and tumbling gym for kids.
Within a short 30-minute drive, you can dive into a wealth of activities and attractions. Discover Winter Park Resort, renowned for its world-class skiing, snowboarding, and mountain biking. Just minutes away, the Fraser Tubing Hill provides exhilarating fun for all ages, while the Colorado Adventure Park offers more thrilling tubing and fat biking experiences.

To avoid I-70 traffic, you can travel directly to Fraser/Winter Park from Denver Airport. Take the RTD ’A Line’ to Union Station, then enjoy a scenic Amtrak ride to Fraser. Winter Park is the only Colorado ski town accessible by Amtrak.
