Tucked away behind the high street, this property, that was once part of the Old Print Works established in 1854, has been transformed into a beautiful apartment with all the latest appliances, yet maintaining some traditional and historic touches.
You’re welcomed into the light and airy open plan living space with a comfortable 3-seater sofa and a Smart TV . The dining area has a table and 2 chairs, should you wish to dine in. The kitchen is equipped with an electric touch button hob and oven, with the oven also functioning as a microwave, a fridge with a freezer compartment, kettle and toaster.
The shower room is off the kitchen and has a walk in power shower with a waterfall and hand held shower, WC and hand basin.
The bedroom is light and airy with natural light flooding in through the side windows and velux windows. It has a king size bed, 2 bedside tables, wardrobe and chest or drawers.
Outside there is a spacious enclosed garden which is a sun trap in the summer and a sheltered, bright spot to enjoy the winter sun. There is a table and chairs making it a perfect private place to dine al fresco or simply, enjoy a glass of wine and soak up the sun.
