Especially from the terrace around the heated communal swimming pool you have a breathtaking view of the nearby beaches of Salir do Porto and São Martinho do Porto. The holiday home is located in a small new residential area 1 km from the beach of São Marthino do Porto; excellent for children as the beach gradually slopes into the sea. You get there via a wooden footpath along the bay. The center of the village of Salir do Porto is also within walking distance (or go by bike, there are two). There are several typical Portuguese restaurants where you can enjoy delicious meals; fresh fish and grilled meat are the local dishes. The area is ideal for numerous activities. You can cycle, walk, fish, golf and surf. There are beautiful beaches and locations for wave surfers along the entire Silver Coast. The waves are most spectacular in Nazaré and competitions are also held there. Óbidos is a charming medieval walled town, located a 15-minute drive away.
