Sundancer is a stunning oceanfront retreat in the sought-after Sound-to-Sea community of the Village at Nags Head. This classic Carolina-style, eight-bedroom home offers the perfect blend of comfort and coastal elegance, featuring an open-concept layout, real hardwood flooring, a relaxing sauna, and expansive windows that showcase breathtaking ocean views and natural light throughout. Enjoy direct beach access from your private dune-top walkway, unwind by the oceanfront heated pool and hot tub, and take in the peaceful rhythm of the Outer Banks from the spacious decks.
Inside, Sundancer is designed for gathering and relaxation, with a gourmet kitchen, dining for up to 22 guests, and multiple living spaces ideal for families and groups. Guests can also take advantage of the community’s exclusive soundside parks and piers for fishing, crabbing, or sunset watching. With KEES’ signature FlexStay™ program, pet-friendly accommodations, and a convenient Nags Head location close to shopping, dining, and attractions, Sundancer offers everything you need for an unforgettable Outer Banks vacation.

Want added comfort? Consider adding the Heated Pool option! A Heated Pool option can be added upon request for $50 per night of your reservation. This fee is added to your reservation at the time of the request, which must be a minimum of 72 hours before arrival. Pool heat must be added for the entirety of your stay.
This pool is heated by a heat pump. An ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.**
**Private heated pools will open on April 1st and close on November 1st. Hot tubs are open year-round. Pools and hot tubs are cleaned weekly and no later than 6pm on check-in day. Vendors are subject to enter the backyard to clean the pool and/or spa on scheduled cleaning days. No pets allowed in pools.**
Sundancer is pet-friendly, so there is no need to leave your pooch at home! For a small one-time fee of $185, you can bring up to two dogs to our pet-friendly property. No cats or other animals, dogs only.
Check-In begins at 4pm. Your keyless entry code will begin granting access at this time.
Check-Out is 10am.
