The Neighborhood
The flat is situated right in the city centre within easy walking distance of the main shopping district, Buchanan Street and the Glasgow School of Arts. The Art School is a very hip spot offering frequent local and independent entertainment and a busy and vibrant atmosphere. You are also across the road from the famous GFT (Glasgow Film Theatre). This is a treat for any film/TV fan as the antique cinema, features special limited screenings and has a great in house upper bar to have the much needed post-movie chat! If you're hungry after all that we'd recommend a trip to Bar Bloc on the nearby Bath Street, offering an independent and vibrant menu at great prices (check out their daily deals such as their £3 burger and chips!) Beyond that there are a plethora of other bars, restaurants, and cafes on your doorstep; the parks and open spaces of the West End are also easily reachable.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
