There are three different types of holiday homes for rent at Holiday Park Emslandermeer.
There’s a standard 6-person holiday home (NL-9541-21). This house is beautifully furnished and features a living room and open kitchen. There are houses of this type with one bedroom on the ground floor and two bedrooms on the first floor, or three bedrooms on the first floor. There are always two single beds, that may or may not be set up for two people. Some holiday homes feature two bathrooms, while others feature one bathroom on the ground floor. The bathroom has a shower. There is a separate toilet and a storage room with charging point for electric bikes.
There’s also a comfort type with the 6-person holiday home (NL-9541-22). This holiday home features a living room with TV on the ground floor with a (limited range of) German channels. There is an open kitchen with dishwasher. You’ll find a shower in the bathroom. There...

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
