Welcome to our beautifully decorated condo in the Maravilla Resort complex in Galveston! Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen and breathtaking beach views. Located conveniently on the Seawall, the Maravilla Condominium Complex is just across the street from the Gulf of Mexico. Head west to visit one of the Pocket Park Beaches, or take a five-minute walk east along the sidewalk to find the nearest beach for some sand and surf. Further east, you can rent umbrellas and beach chairs, or use the two provided in the condo. Nearby, you’ll find plenty of recreational activities, including Putt-Putt, Go-Karts, and a variety of great restaurants. You’re also just minutes away from the fantastic Schlitterbahn water park, the attractions at Moody Gardens, Duck Tours, Dolphin tours, and the ferry to Bolivar. A ten-minute drive east on the Seawall will bring you to Pleasure Pier, home to the famous Bubba Gump’s Restaurant and thrilling carnival rides.GVR14469 ​​​​​​​Parking Information: Parking passes are required to park at the Maravilla condo. All guests must have a valid parking pass clearly displayed at all times. You can purchase your parking pass online and bring your receipt to the office to receive your pass. Office Hours: Monday to Sunday 9am to 5pm. HOUSE RULES: Minimum age to book is 25 Allows ONE pet with additional $100 non-refundable pet fee NO Smoking Quiet hours 9 pm-9 am. Pack Play and Highchairs are available for rent - $40 each + tax Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day. Service days have the possibility of changing. A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. No need to worry, please leave it where it has been placed. This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adult maximum at the property. For your safety and security, there may be public-facing cameras installed on the property. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Please reach out 1–2 days prior to check-in to inquire about pricing and availability. Please note: Upon booking, guests are required to complete a rental agreement, which will be sent via a secure link. Check-in instructions will only be provided after the agreement is completed. Please note our policy for items left behind: We are happy to help return items left behind; however, due to logistics and the time required for our team to retrieve and drop off packages, a $25 handling fee plus the cost of shipping will be applied to any items sent back.
