The Home
This detached, single-storey holiday home is ideal for disabled people, seniors and people with limited mobility. All doors and hallways are extra wide, and all rooms are on the ground floor. This makes the house very suitable for wheelchair users.
The holiday home can accommodate four people in two bedrooms. Both bedrooms have a comfortable box-spring bed. One of the bedrooms is extra large and wheelchair friendly. In the wheelchair-friendly open kitchen, you will find, among other things, an induction hob, combination microwave, fridge with freezer compartment and dishwasher. The house also has a neat bathroom with a shower and toilet, specially equipped for disabled people.
Outside you can enjoy a beautiful water view from the decked terrace while using the outdoor furniture. The house is located on open water and has its own jetty.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
