As part of our commitment to keeping out properties pristine, we require mid-stay cleaning. The frequency of these cleans depends on the length of your stay - for stays of at least 30 days , we will require one mid-stay clean halfway through your time with us. For stays longer than 45 days, we require this clean to occur approximately every 15 days. The cost of this service comes at a reduced price and is due at the time you book your stay. For this property, each mid-stay clean costs $65. (For stays of 30 days or longer) A starting supply of consumable goods (paper towels, toilet paper, coffee) will be provided upon check-in. For extended stays, guests are responsible for purchasing consumable goods if they need more outside of what is initially provided.
