The perfect beach getaway awaits at the beautifully renovated 48 Hilton Head Beach Club. This 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom villa is conveniently located just a short walk to the beach and features access to a complex pool.
The open floor plan includes a spacious living area with sofa sleeper and patio doors to your private courtyard featuring outdoor dining and lounging areas. How lovely to relax outside and enjoy the soothing sounds of ocean breezes rustling through the lush palm trees. The indoor living area looks into the dining area and spacious, fully-equipped kitchen featuring breakfast bar, a Keurig coffee maker, granite counters and new cabinetry. This is the perfect space for preparing morning coffee, snacks for the beach, or a delicious meal for the family. Off the kitchen is a well-equipped laundry area.
Upstairs, you’ll find two comfy bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a queen bed, views of the courtyard and a walk-in closet. The guest bedroom, perfect for kids, has a queen bed and two sets of built-in twin bunk beds. Both bedrooms share access to a remodeled Jack and Jill bathroom with a double sink and a large tiled walk-in shower.
Hilton Head Beach Club is a private community located just a 7-10 minute walk to the beach and a 10-15 minute walk to Coligny Plaza and the new Lowcountry Celebration Park. The community features a private pool and sundeck, as well as assigned parking. ***ONLY one parking spot is guaranteed per unit***
Whether you are here to relax or to explore and enjoy several adventures, there is everything you need very nearby. Legendary Golf and Coligny Plaza are just .3 of a mile, South Forest Beach is less than .1 mile, Coligny Beach is .2 of a mile, Coligny Theater is .4 of a mile, The Sandbox at the new Lowcountry Celebration Park is less than a mile, and within 1 to 2 miles you will find Newhall Audubon Nature Preserve, Shipyard Golf Course, The Village at Wexford, Van Der Meer Tennis Academy. These are just some of the amenities Hilton Head Island has to offer, in addition to the 12 miles of pristine beaches, of course.
