So, you’ve been dreaming of that perfect vacation spot, right? Well, welcome to 13 St. Andrews Place in Sea Pines—your soon-to-be favorite place to kick back and relax! This place isn’t just any rental; it’s a 4-bedroom, 4-bath haven where up to 10 lucky souls can stretch out and enjoy some serious R and R. It’s like the universe decided you deserve a West Indies/Tommy Bahama vibe and dropped it right here in Hilton Head just for you.
Picture this: you stroll up to the glass front door, and before you even step inside, you’re already staring out at the backyard oasis—deck, pool, lagoon, the whole nine yards. It’s like nature knew you were coming and rolled out the green carpet with lush tropical landscaping to make sure you feel like you’re on your own private island.
Once inside, you’ll feel the contemporary tile flooring underfoot—perfect for those hot days when all you want to do is kick off your flip-flops. There’s even a quirky rough-hewn table in the foyer just begging you to drop your keys, bags, and any stress you brought with you. And as you wander through the house, you’ll find a family room that practically shouts, “Come on in, the seating’s comfy!” Complete with a 60" flat screen, it’s the perfect spot for a movie night or just a good old-fashioned nap.
Feeling peckish? Head over to the kitchen, where all-new Thermador appliances are ready to help you whip up something delicious—or just pop in a frozen pizza, no judgment here. The center island has three stools for your snacking convenience, and there’s even a private garden off the kitchen, in case you want to sneak away with your morning coffee.
The bedrooms? Let’s just say you’re spoiled for choice. The master suite is your personal retreat, complete with a king bed and a chaise lounge for those moments when you want to feel extra fancy. Plus, you’ve got a view of the pool that makes staying in bed all day seem totally justifiable. The master bath? It’s basically a mini spa with his-and-her sinks, a whirlpool tub, and a shower built for two (or just you, because you deserve all the space).
But wait, there’s more! There’s a second king suite, also with its own bathroom, so no one has to fight over who gets the best room. Then there’s a cozy queen bedroom and a two-twin bedroom that share a hall bath—perfect for the kids or those friends who don’t mind sharing. And just when you think this place couldn’t get any better, there’s a bonus living room with a sleeper sofa and its own bathroom with a shower, ideal for those who like a little extra privacy or the perfect spot for a movie night.
But the real pièce de résistance is the backyard. The pool is practically calling your name, and the deck has enough seating for the whole crew—even if they all want to sit at the same table at once. There’s a gas grill ready for your culinary adventures, and the lagoon is right there, adding a touch of tranquility to your already zen vacation.
So, what are you waiting for? This place won’t book itself, and you’ve got some serious relaxing to do! So, clear your calendar, pack your bags, and get ready for some unforgettable memories. Enjoy a vacation reimagined with host2coast, your trusted Hilton Head Island Property Management partner.
