This beautiful vacation “home away from home” comfortably accommodates a family or group of 8 and is located just a short walk or bike ride to the best beach Hilton Head has to offer as well as Harbour Town Yacht Basin. If golf is your passion, Sea Pines Resort features four golf courses. Tennis, anyone? Boating? Biking, hiking, even horseback riding, shopping, dining…it is all here for you.
Enjoy indoor activities such as family movie or game nights (we will supply the popcorn) in the spacious living room with sliders to the deck. The fully equipped kitchen is the perfect place to pack a picnic basket for the beach or prepare an exquisite meal to enjoy at the dining table. There are three bedrooms ideal for afternoon naps or a restful night of sleep.
The primary bedroom features an “oh-so-cozy” king bed, bedroom two has a queen bed fit for royalty, and the third bedroom is perfect for the kids with two twin beds. We think you will be happy with the two full bathrooms, as well!
In addition to the outside deck, there is a very convenient outdoor shower which comes in handy after a day at the beach. There is an outdoor grill, too, just waiting for you to get your grill on and rustle up some steaks or seafood!

PROPERTY SPECIFIC DETAILS:
* Sea Pines is a gated community in which every vehicle must have a gate pass for entry. One gate pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you require additional passes, please request the exact number needed to ensure they are prepared in advance. Each pass has a fee of $17. All gate passes must be picked up at the host2coast office prior to entry.
* Dog Friendly - 2 dog max. $400 non-refundable fee for first dog, with an additional $200 for the extra dog. Dogs are not permitted on the furniture and must be crated if left alone. Please do not leave furry friends alone outside, as we have wildlife that they should not encounter.
* The community pool at Greenwood Forest is open from April 15th through October 15th each year.
* A Pack-N-Play is included for added convenience!
