This lovely South Beach vacation home away from home is ideal for a couple or group of four. Located deep in Sea Pines Plantation, you have some privacy which our guests love as it makes your stay quite relaxing. But don’t worry - there is plenty to do on Hilton Head Island if you are here for adventure!
Located on the second floor, you have a lovely balcony from which to enjoy the views, dine outdoors, kick back with a good back, or enjoy wine and cheese! The inside features a primary suite with king bed and an updated full bath. There is a well-equipped kitchen with new wood flooring, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops. Take time to relax or host game or movie night in the spacious living room that includes a queen sleeper sofa.
This cozy comfy villa is just across the street from the beach access that overlooks the Calibogue Sound and the always entertaining South Beach Marina Village.

Guests who wish to use the pool must purchase a pass directly from South Beach Pool at least a week in advance to their stay. For current rates and details, please visit their official website.
* Sea Pines is a gated community in which every vehicle must have a gate pass for entry. One gate pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you require additional passes, please request the exact number needed to ensure they are prepared in advance. Each pass has a fee of $35. All gate passes must be picked up at the host2coast office prior to entry.
* Please be advised that there is ongoing construction at South Beach Marina for the foreseeable future. Some shops remain open, including The Salty Dog.
* 1707 Bluff Villa is located in Building 2, 2nd Floor, Stairwell A.
