Natural light and views enhance the open design of this 2 bedroom, 3 bath villa, creating an indoor/outdoor feel as you can access the balconies from the living space and the bedrooms. The living area is perfect for game and movie nights with the gang and is open to the dining area where you can set up all the snacks and goodies! Don’t worry about missing out on the fun if you have to be in the fully-equipped kitchen preparing meals. It’s open to the dining and living areas so you can be a part of the action.
In addition to the guest bathroom in the common space, both bedrooms have full baths to accommodate everyone. The Primary suite with king bed and the guest bedroom with two queen beds are perfect for your family of 6. Plus, there is a sofa sleeper. These rooms, with balcony access and lovely views, are ideal for afternoon siestas and sweet dreams at night.
This villa is located in The Moorings complex, which is less than 150 steps to the beach. We have walked it ourselves and it’s exactly 2 minutes! And the shared pool with large deck is great for lounging and soaking up the sun. The Dunes House Bar and Grill is located at the beach access point, and serves lunch and dinner seasonally. Across from the complex are the largest of Palmetto Dunes’ tennis courts (available to reserve for a fee), and the bike trails are easily accessible to take you throughout Palmetto Dunes, as well as to Shelter Cove Marina and shopping.

* Palmetto Dunes is a gated community in which every vehicle must have a gate pass for entry. One gate pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you require additional passes, please request the exact number needed to ensure they are prepared in advance. Each pass has a fee of $45. All gate passes must be picked up at the host2coast office prior to entry.
* Please Note: This villa is located up 3 flights of exterior stairs and has no elevator.
* Free access to The Dunes Buggy transportation which provides courtesy transportation within Palmetto Dunes, Leamington, and Shelter Cove mid-March through mid-September. This on-demand service dispatches vehicles on a first-come, first-serve basis!
