SEACREST CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: Please be advised that the exterior roof project at Seacrest is scheduled to begin in early September 2025 and will continue in phases until completion, currently expected in late April 2026.
What to Expect:
Scaffolding may create an obstructed view during active phases.
Parking limitations due to construction equipment.
Noise during construction work hours.
Balconies may have limited access during certain phases.
Building 1:
Phase 1 (Courtyard Side): Scheduled for early November 2025 – mid-January 2026
Phase 2 (Street/Parking Lot Side): Scheduled for mid-January – April 2026
Building 2:
One phase scheduled to begin early September 2025 with scaffolding in place until early November 2025
Building 3:
No roof work is scheduled. However, parking limitations and noise may still be expected during the project timeline.
Despite these improvements, we are pleased to announce all resort amenities, including pools and the beach bar, will remain open for your enjoyment!

Start your beach vacation on the right foot in this beautifully renovated 3 bedroom/3 bath villa just steps to the white sandy beach! Also, strong Wi-Fi easily accommodates working/schooling remotely, so stay awhile and enjoy the beach and other amenities when you wish.
This villa comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests with 2 king beds, 2 queen beds and a sofa sleeper. The 2,000 sq. ft. open floorplan allows room for the family to sit back and relax, or to enjoy game or movie nights (we’ll provide the popcorn!), dining, preparing tasty snacks or epicurian delights in the fully-equipped kitchen. But, you didn’t come to Hilton Head Island to stay inside. Gather everyone around the dining table to plan your island adventures. Will you do some biking? Maybe a kayak tour? Play in the ocean?
After a day of walking around town, enjoying fantastic food at our many fine eateries, or shopping at our fashionable and unique boutiques, you may want to pack your picnic basket and head to the beach for an evening of stargazing. How beautiful to see the moon cast it’s glow on the ocean while the stars pop out from the dark sky. Return to your villa at day’s end knowing you have 3 bedrooms and 3 baths waiting for you to freshen up and snuggle up under crisp, soft linens in your comfy bed.
2215 SeaCrest is in the Coligny Beach area of Hilton Head Island with dining, shopping, and entertainment all within walking distance. There are many activities available in the area, but most importantly the wide, sandy beaches and Pool Bar Jim’s are just steps away.
SeaCrest offers some of the nicest amenities available… large oceanfront pool (only heated in March and April) , snack pool bar, kiddie pool, indoor heated pool & workout room, sundeck with plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas. A boardwalk with outdoor shower leads you right to a white sandy beach and clear blue ocean.
