This holiday villa is located in the spacious holiday park Resort De Zanding, surrounded by nature reserves, including De Hoge Veluwe National Park, which can be found 19 km northwest of the pleasant city of Arnhem. The small-scale center of Otterlo is only 1.5 km away, a 15-minute walk.
This modernly furnished wellness villa is located at the edge of the forest. From here, you can reach the beautiful moors in just a few steps. The villa has two floors. Downstairs, you will find a living room with TV, an open plan kitchen with, among other things, a dishwasher and microwave, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. There is also a separate toilet. Upstairs, you will find the second double bedroom and a second bathroom with shower and a nice (infrared) sauna. Perfect for complete relaxation. All the beds are single box-spring beds, either pushed together to make a double bed or used separately in a twin-room setup.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
