The Home
This spacious apartment is located on the ground or first floor of one of the two apartment buildings (new since 2022). These buildings are located in a separate part of Resort Maastricht, called Castellum, right next to "Wellnessresort Maastricht" (for a fee). You can use the small, heated swimming pool (5 x 3 m) in the building for free; it features a powerful jet stream and relaxing chairs. There also is a laundry room. Our ambitious and beautiful resort is located just 4 km from the pleasant centre of the hip city of Maastricht.
The ground floor apartment is accessible via a staircase. The spacious living room features a TV, as well as a nice sitting and dining area. The open kitchen is equipped with all amenities. There is one bedroom with two comfortable 1-pers. box spring beds in a 2-pers. setup. In the bathroom, you will find a bathtub and shower. In the hallway, you’ll have a separate toilet at your disposal.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
