This luxurious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo sleeps up to 10 guests comfortably, making it ideal for large families, groups of friends, or corporate retreats. As soon as you step inside, you’ll be greeted by breathtaking views of the ocean from the windows in the living room and primary bedroom. Included: -Linens for each bed -Towel set for each registered guest (bath towel, hand towel, wash cloth) -A starter supply of: coffee, cooking oil, spices, paper towels, toilet paper * Maximum occupancy of 10 * No groups under 25 years old * Check-out time is 10am, please be sure to depart promptly as we use a professional cleaning company that requires access after 10am. * Guests are expected to remove all trash at check out * If you have dirty dishes on the morning of checkout, please load the dishwasher and start a cycle with the provided detergent * Guests that violate the Town of Ocean City Noise Ordinance or Condo Association rules may face immediate eviction When checking out, please be sure to check all drawers/closets for any personal items. Shipping items back to you will incur a minimum $35 fee. BUILDING RULES: *Please do not block common areas *No ball, frisbee, skateboarding in parking lot *Park only in your designated parking spot * Do not hang anything from balcony railings *No grills/grilling on the property *Trash must be bagged before being put in chute *Renters are not allowed to have pets *This is a non-smoking building Guests are required to report any cleanliness concerns within one (1) hour of arrival. Reports made after this window has passed will not be eligible for refunds or remediation related to the initial condition of the unit. Cancellation Policy: If you cancel at least 7 days before check in, you’ll receive a 50% refund. If you cancel with 7 days of check in, no refund will be sent. MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT: You must be at least 25 years old to rent this unit. Any guests who are minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the duration of the stay.
