Included: -Linens for each bed -Towel set for each registered guest (bath towel, hand towel, wash cloth) -A starter supply of: coffee, cooking oil, spices, paper towels, toilet paper PLEASE NOTE: We get credited to replace soiled linens and towels, so please do not dispose of any! If any linens or towels are missing you will be charged a replacement fee. * At checkout, guests are expected to remove all trash and place bagged trash in the trash bin in the parking lot. * If you have dirty dishes on the morning of checkout, please load the dishwasher and start a cycle with the provided dish detergent. When checking out, please be sure to check all drawers/closets for any personal items. Shipping items back to you will incur a minimum $35 fee. Towel set is provided for each registered guest (bath towel, hand towel, wash cloth). We are unable to supply additional towels, but there is a washer and dryer available for your use. Guests are required to report any cleanliness concerns within one (1) hour of arrival. Reports made after this window has passed will not be eligible for refunds or remediation related to the initial condition of the unit. Cancellation Policy: If you cancel at least 7 days before check in, you’ll receive a 50% refund. If you cancel with 7 days of check in, no refund will be sent. If you’re concerned about needing to cancel, we strongly recommend purchasing RentalGuardian’s travel insurance at check out! MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT: You must be at least 25 years old to rent this unit. Any guests who are minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the duration of the stay.
