The Home
These detached, single-storey lodges are located in the sustainable and car-free Water Village holiday park. The lodges are built with sustainable materials and are heated with a heat pump instead of natural gas. Electricity is generated partially by solar panels. Maintenance also happens in a sustainable way. Most of the luxurious lodges are located by the water. The interior is modern and complete. There’s a smart TV in the living room (with underfloor heating) and the open-plan kitchen features a dishwasher, microwave and a refrigerator with freezer compartment. There are two bedrooms with two single beds each boxspring beds, that may or may not be set up for two people. There is a bathroom (with underfloor heating) with walk-in shower and there is a separate toilet.
You will have a garden with terrace and garden furniture at your disposal. You can park at the central parking lot.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
