Small is beautiful! This cozy holiday home may not be large, but it is fully equipped and centrally located in the popular seaside resort of Zoutelande. From this accommodation you are within a few minutes’ walk on the beach with the most hours of sunshine in the Netherlands.
In this accommodation you enter the simple kitchen that is equipped with a hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, both Senseo and filter coffee maker and a kettle, but does not have a dishwasher. When you walk through the house you will find a compact dining table with 2 chairs next to the spiral staircase. At the back of the house is a double sofa near the television and you walk through to the modern bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and sink. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
