Next to our apartment farm ’Hoeve Bouwlust’ is this semi-detached holiday home with a spacious terrace and a view of the nature reserve. The layout and furnishing of the house guarantee a comfortable stay on Texel. The kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences. From the terrace you can relax and enjoy the rural view of the beautiful and extensive Krimbos. In the center of De Cocksdorp - 400 meters from your bungalow - you will find shops and restaurants.
On the ground floor is the spacious hall with toilet and an open staircase to the top. Here is the living room with open kitchen that is fully equipped. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms, each with two single box-spring beds. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. The kitchen is equipped with a combination microwave and dishwasher.
In the central launderette in Hoeve Bouwlust you can use the washing machines and dryers free of charge.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
