This lovely holiday home with hottub and a very spacious enclosed garden is located on the edge of the forest and close to the beach and sea. Ideal for four-legged friends who love to play and romp, two dogs are allowed here. Everything is on one level. There are three bedrooms, making the house suitable for 5 people.
Various cycle junction routes start from the front door, making them ideal for cycling enthusiasts. The Dunes of Texel National Park is also within walking distance from the house. It is wonderful to relax at the beach of Paal 17. In Den Burg and at de Koog you will find nice shops and cozy terraces. This house offers a nice base to discover Texel.
The interiors of the house are nicely done and decorated. You can prepare home-cooked meals in the well-equipped kitchen of the house. The bedrooms are neat and tidy and perfect for providing peaceful sleep.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
