We provide detailed check-in instructions to navigate to the exact location of your accommodation. Follow our instructions accordingly. 1. When booking with us you agree to follow our check-in and check-out times. 2. Our guest will be provided with our Guest Application. All information will be visible in the application. As a guest we expect you to review all information accordingly. 3. When checking out later than the agreed check-out time, we reserve the right to keep your security deposit. 4. Our check-in and check-out times are subject to availability. The check-in time starts at 17:00h and ends at 20:00h. If you wish to check-in later, please request a late personal check-in. Additional fee of €25,00 is applicable. 5. You can use our extra services during your stay. We can arrange extra towels or a cleaning service as an additional service on request. 6. For this accommodation the guest needs to pay a security deposit of €3000,00. 7. Never leave a key inside the front door lock when you’re leaving the accommodation, in this case it’s not possible to open the door from outside. The costs of hiring a locksmith is for your own account. 8. Each guest pays a security deposit insurance fee per reservation to cover all damages. 9. The use of our pool heating is an additional service and can be requested up to 48 hours before your arrival. The costs are €250,00 per week. 10. Images are for marketing purposes only, this property does not allow commercial usage, including content creation and publishing, without written consent from us. Important: The area’s of this property are continuously being maintained. The villa has gardeners, maintenance personnel and workers who can visit at all times.
