This detached holiday home is located in holiday park Resort de Rijp. The holiday homes are built in typical Zaandam style. The house is located in the middle of the polder, approximately 15 km from the nice centre of the cheese city of Alkmaar.
The holiday home is comfortable, fully furnished and covers two floors. On the ground floor, you will find a living room with TV and an open-plan kitchen featuring, among other things, a dishwasher and microwave. There is also a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom featuring a shower. In the hallway, you’ll have a separate toilet at your disposal. On the first floor, there are two more double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. All the beds are single box-spring beds, either pushed together to make a double bed or used separately in a twin-room setup. For some additional relaxation, there is a nice sauna. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
