Quietly located on the ground floor of a three-story building Riva’s Garden Home enjoys views of the foothills and direct access to a pretty private garden that’s perfect for enjoying the sunny Italian weather. There’s also a terrace that provides an alfresco extension to the main living space and the ideal place for enjoying family meals
Inside the property features a comfortable open plan living space furnished with a double sofa bed, a dining table and a flat screen HDTV. This area also incorporates a modern kitchen fitted with a; Mokka coffee machine, an induction hob, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher and a fridge freezer.

Location
The property is located in the picturesque town of Riva del Garda on the northern tip of Lake Garda. The towns’ local beach and historic centre, with quaint boutiques and artisanal shops, are both a 10-minute stroll away. Here, travellers can also visit historic landmarks including; the Apponale Tower (a 10-minute walk) and the medieval Rocca di Riva castle. Adventurers can take the 2-hour Monte Brione trail through the olive groves, explore lake side cycle routes or enjoy paddle boarding opportunities, swimming, and boating on the lake.
Away from the water, the Nago-Torbole hiking trail and the Bussate-Tempesta Adventure Park are both approximately an 8-minute drive from the accommodation. For rock climbers, the renowned climbing capital of Italy, Arco and its medieval castle are a 15-minute drive. Further afield guests can take a trip to Verona, the setting of Shakespeare’s Romeo & Juliet (a 1 hour 30-minute drive) or visit Trento (a 45-minute drive) the home of Trentodoc, one of the best sparkling wines in Italy.
There are several restaurants and a supermarket within a 5-minute walk. For the finest local produce, the town’s weekly farmers’ market takes place every Friday morning from 8am to 1.30pm.
The nearest international airport is Valerio Catullo, Verona, a 1 hour, 10-minute drive away.
