For bookings made through OTA, OTA, and Direct Booking: A rental agreement will be provided for the upcoming reservation, and the submission of credit card information is required to complete the payment process. If the agreement is not signed and payment details are not provided within 24 hours, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation due to non-payment. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made at least 60 days prior to check-in will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations within 60 days of check-in are non-refundable. Travel Insurance We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers trip cancellations and interruptions due to hurricanes and other unforeseen events.
