De Koog is the place to be on the beautiful island of Texel. Only the dunes separate the village from the wide sandy beach and the sea. There are many shops in the cozy center and there are plenty of opportunities for a drink or a snack on one of the many terraces.
The small-scale complex Strandhuys is located in the forest, on the north side of the pleasant seaside resort of De Koog. The spacious detached holiday home Oester has a living room with a modern sitting and dining area. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
