Welcome to the small-scale apartment complex Vista Maris. This complex is located exactly between the Scheldt and the marina of Sint-Annaland. From Apartment 22 you have a beautiful, wide view over the water. Indulge in various water sports (think windsurfing, sailing, swimming), or take the day to relax on the beach of Sint Annaland. Even when you stay at home you can enjoy the surroundings: spot the ships, the birds or the seals. There is something to experience here for everyone! Apartment 22 consists of one floor with two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a large storage room. Snuggle up on the couch in the bright living room, or play a game at the dining table. There is also a high chair for small children. And do you have pets? These are also very welcome (maximum two). In the kitchen you will find a combination microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, kettle and Nespresso and filter coffee machine....

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
