The result is a wonderful holiday home in a quiet location, which is equipped with every comfort! The house has 2 floors. On the first floor is the bright and spacious living-dining room with the tree trunk dining table and the new, modern kitchen. The living room has a flat-screen TV with various German-language channels, a sofa and armchair. The central Swedish stove, which radiates wonderful warmth, creates a pleasant atmosphere on colder days. Cooking is a pleasure in this kitchen! The fridge/freezer combination, hob, large oven with microwave function, dishwasher and Nespresso machine are at your disposal to spoil family and friends with culinary delights. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
