The 3rd floor houses a well-equipped kitchen with a gas cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee machine. A toilet is also on this level. The 4th floor features a comfortable sleeping area. The highlight is the 5th floor’s living/dining room, complete with a flat-screen TV, DVD player, and binoculars for spotting seals and the island of Texel. Patio doors open to a balustrade encircling the tower, offering breathtaking views. The home benefits from central heating and includes free Wi-Fi, bicycle storage, and parking. Two bicycles are provided for guest use, and breakfast can be arranged for a nominal charge.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
