This luxury villa is located on the quiet park ’t Hoogelandt, in one of the most beautiful nature reserves on the island of Texel. The house is near the woods and dunes, a short distance from the beach by the sea and it comfortably accommodates a party of children.
For the children, the swimming paradise Caluna, Ecomare and Schipbreuk and the Juttersmuseum Flora are just a stone’s throw away. Want to go on a horseback ride? There are several riding stables in the region. The villages Koog, with its cosy terraces, and Den Burg, the shopping heart of Texel, are both a few kilometres from the villa. Public transport stops 500 m from the villa.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
